RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return/exchange. Please follow the returns process below.
We have an easy 14-day return/exchange policy*, with 100% refund in the case of returns. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered.
*IMPORTANT: For the process of return or exchange, the product should be fully equipped, with no visible signs of use and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original seals. Seals should not be damaged.
Please make sure the Controller meets the return/exchange conditions above. Note that, if a Controller does not meet these conditions, the return/exchange requirements are not applicable.
Returns are accepted for any reason, but we would appreciate if you provide us with explanations as to why you’d like to return the Controller so that we can make our product/services better.
Only faulty, non-working Controllers are eligible for exchange. Controllers are subject to exchange only after one of our tech specialists inspects the Controller to verify that a trade-in is required. In this case, a Controller will be exchanged for one of the same model.
Your exchange will be processed after we receive the Controller back and inspect it. Once done, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Follow these simple steps to return/exchange your purchase:
- Contact a Customer Success Manager to request a refund or exchange at email@example.com and please be as specific as possible when explaining your situation.
- Provide a few clear photos of the faulty Controller from each side (front and back). In case there’s any visible damage or original accessories missing (for example the wiring or antenna), the controller is no longer eligible for trade-in or refund.
The delivery fee of the faulty Сontroller(s) sent from the client is paid for by the client and fully refunded after tech
verification from one of our specialists. Along with the delivery fee refund, we also send a new, working Сontroller(s) to the client free of charge and pay all delivery fees.
Should the returned Сontroller be inspected by our tech specialist and it turns out that the Сontroller is actually in working condition, the delivery fee is not refunded to the client.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You agree that Enestech owns the Controller, its trademarks and all other intellectual property associated with the Controller and any other products of Enestech. You undertake NOT to obtain, in lieu of Enestech, copyright, trademark, patent rights or other intellectual property right with respect to any products of Enestech as well as deconstruct, copy the technology and use the technology for any commercial purposes. You must obtain Enestech’s prior written consent to use the technology for the commercial purposes (incl. sales), which consent may be withheld in Enestech’s sole discretion.
